Silicone spatulas – more than just a dough scraper with a handle

In the modern kitchen (whether it's a commercial kitchen, catering business, snack bar or your kitchen at home) a silicone spatula is pretty much an indispensable utensil for your daily work. This kind of long-handled dough scraper can be used for stirring, but more commonly for spreading substances and scraping out every last residue from bowls and other containers.
