  1. Returns Eligibility 
    We accept return requests within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
    The product is unused, undamaged, and in original condition
    All original packaging, accessories, and documentation are intact Returns that do not meet these criteria may not be accepted.
  2. Change of Mind 
    We understand that requirements may evolve. Returns due to change of mind are accepted within the specified period, subject to the product remaining unused and in resaleable condition.
  3. Damaged or Incorrect Items 
    In the rare event that you receive a damaged or incorrect product: Please notify us on the same day of delivery
    Share clear images of the item and packaging
    Contact our customer support team for immediate assistance Our team will promptly assess and arrange a suitable resolution.
  4. Warranty Coverage 
    Selected products are covered by a manufacturer or supplier warranty. Warranty terms, duration, and coverage vary depending on the product and will be communicated where applicable. The warranty typically covers manufacturing defects and does not extend to:
    Normal wear and tear
    Improper use or handling
    Damage caused after delivery
  5. Inspection & Approval 
    All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt. BuyHoreca reserves the right to approve or decline returns based on the condition of the product and compliance with this policy.
  6. Refunds & Replacements 
    Once a return is approved:
    Refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible
    Alternatively, replacements or store credit may be offered, depending on the situation Processing timelines may vary based on the nature of the request.
  7. Non-Returnable Items 
    The following items are not eligible for return:
    Used or installed products
    Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
    Products missing original packaging or components
