It is designed to warm foods in up to a 1/3-size steam table pan, 6" (150 mm) deep with a 6 quart (5.7 L) capacity. For two toppings, configure with two 1/6-size pans and cover with lift-off lids or pumps. Pans, lids and pumps sold separately.
