Combi Mini GN 1/1 Thermobox – a top front loading box if there is a lack of space

The insulation box Combi Mini GN 1/1 is the smallest version of the GN 1/1 front loading insulation boxes from thermohauser. Regarding its efficiency it is in no way inferior to its older siblings. As all the insulation boxes Combi GN 1/1 from thermohauser, also the mini version provides excellent insulation properties, a low tare weight and the ideal feature to load the box from the front. If it comes to a lack of space in narrow kitchens and food delivery service stations, the insulation box Combi Mini GN 1/1 constitutes the right choice.

The insulation box Combi Mini GN 1/1 belongs also to the transportation and insulation boxes in the Gastronorm (GN) 1/1 basic size. There are 6 slides inside the box, installed with a regular distance to each other, offering you flexible possibilities with regard to mounting. This box is ideally suited for the use with 2 GN-containers with an effective depth of 5.5 cm or 1 GN-container with an effective depth of 20.0 cm as well as one cooling or warming plate.

If the box loading of GN-trays or GN-containers is done, the front door can easily be inserted and brought into the right position. An absolute plus – as this is possible at any time, even if several boxes are stacked on top of each other; a common situation in narrow kitchens or event locations.

Insulation box Combi Mini GN 1/1 – An EPP-box with perfect insulation properties

The insulation box Combi Mini GN 1/1 is made of expandable polypropylene (EPP), which is a foamed plastic material. It stands out for brilliant insulation properties, since warm dishes remain warm and cold dishes remain cold, even during medium and long term transport and storage. In addition, EPP is a very lightweight but simultaneously very break resistant and robust material. This means an important advantage of this box series, as the boxes, filled with trays or GN-containers, usually are considerably heavy. After use, the transportation box can be cleaned quickly and easily with running hot water and some detergent. If additional heating or cooling is required, suitable cooling or warming plates in GN 1/1 size can be placed into the box according to the relevant requirements. This perfect aid supports the maintenance of a stable temperature level inside the box.
