This KLEARCOOK® Vacpac – Gallon 12″ x 16″ high-temperature bags and cooking sheets are made from food-grade material that withstands temperatures from -40°C to 220°C. You can use Klearcook® in the oven, combi ovens, on stove-tops, in deep fryers, and boiling water. By cooking with this method, you can intensify flavors and aromas as well as reducing the use of dressings since the food cooks in its liquid.
